PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING A PROPOSED HEALTH CARE PROJECT

Everest Hospital, LLC (Applicant), with a principal place of business at 111 Huntoon Memorial Highway, Leicester, MA 01542, intends to file a Determination of Need application with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) with respect to a Transfer of Ownership of Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus, a hospital that provides long-term acute care hospital (LTCH) services at 111 Huntoon Memorial Highway, Leicester (Rochdale), MA 01542 (the Hospital). The Total Value of this transaction based on the 2024 Net Patient Service Revenue reported at $9,344,945. The Applicant does not anticipate any price or service impacts on the Hospital’s existing Patient Panel as a result of the transaction. Any ten Taxpayers of Massachusetts may register in connection with the intended application by no later than April 30, 2025, or 30 days from the Filing Date, whichever is later, by contacting the Department of Public Health Determination of Need Program, 250 Washington Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02108.
